WaafiPay provides payment processing services including mobile wallet payments, card payment acceptance, and card issuance solutions for businesses operating in East Africa.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for:

  • Any unlawful purpose or illegal activities
  • Fraudulent transactions or money laundering
  • Violation of any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringing on intellectual property rights
  • Transmitting harmful or malicious content

5. Fees and Payments

You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of our services as outlined in your merchant agreement. Fees are subject to change with prior notice. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our platform remain the property of WaafiPay. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

WaafiPay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding twelve months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Djibouti. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Djibouti City, Djibouti.
